By accessing or purchasing from zexronix.com (the “Site”), you (“the Customer” or “User”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

2. General Eligibility & Online Store Terms

2.1. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

2.2. You must not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2.3. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

3. Products, Specifications & Pricing

3.1. Product Availability: All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3.2. Product Accuracy: We make every effort to display the colors, specifications, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device display will reflect exact product colors or details.

3.3. Pricing & Taxes: All prices listed on zexronix.com are in Pounds Sterling (GBP / £), where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are displayed clearly during checkout prior to final payment.

3.4. Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or technical glitch, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund promptly.

4. Contract Formation & Order Acceptance

4.1. Order Placement: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to buy products from us.

4.2. Order Acknowledgment: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation"). This email is an acknowledgment only and does not constitute legal acceptance of your order.

4.3. Contract Formation: A legally binding contract between Zexronix UK and you is formed only when we dispatch your goods and send you a formal Dispatch Confirmation email.

4.4. Right to Refuse Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing or descriptions, suspected fraudulent activity, or shipping restriction compliance.

5. Payments & Billing Information

5.1. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement.

5.2. We accept major credit/debit cards and authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna).

5.3. By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all billing details provided are accurate and complete.

5.4. Transactions are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. Zexronix UK does not store full credit card details on its servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

6.1. We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

6.2. Delivery Dates: Any estimated delivery timeframes provided on the Site or in emails are non-binding estimates only. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within estimated timescales, delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, or weather events are outside our reasonable control.

6.3. Risk & Ownership: Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon physical delivery of the products to the designated address. Title (ownership) of the goods passes to you once full payment has been received and goods are dispatched.

7. Cancellation Rights & Returns (UK Consumer Rights)

7.1. Statutory Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer residing in the UK, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days starting from the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason but product must be brand new, sealed pack and in it's original condition.

7.2. How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear written statement sent to [support@zexronix.com] within the 14-day cancellation window.

7.3. Returns Condition & Process

  • Goods must be returned to our warehouse at your expense within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your cancellation.

  • Items must be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

  • You are legally responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7.4. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund within 1 day. Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (if applicable). Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

7.5. Exclusions from Return Rights

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your personal specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Digital software or content once downloading/activation has commenced.

8. Consumer Rights & Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied must be as described, and of satisfactory quality.

If a product you purchase from us develops a fault or fails to meet these criteria:

  • Within 1 day of delivery: You are entitled to an immediate full refund or a replacement.

  • Between 01 day and 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. If a repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful, you are entitled to a full refund in most cases.

  • After 6 months: You must prove that the product was defective at the time of delivery to claim a repair, replacement, or partial refund.

10. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the contract or purchase shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the products in respect of which the claim arises.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of remaining provisions.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you goods or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or purchases made on zexronix.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. (If you are a consumer residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts).
